Winter in Vail,
handled.

A private winter concierge for small groups in Vail Valley. One person to call, from the flight to the last run.

A note from us

You land. We take care of the rest.

A winter trip to Vail means dozens of decisions. Which area, which airport, whether Vail Pass is open, which pass is worth it, where to eat on Saturday, who watches the kids.

Solstice handles all of it. Your house, your transfers, your gear and lift tickets, your tables and your après, planned ahead and confirmed before you arrive. And when something changes, there’s already a Plan B.

Who we host

Three kinds of winter trips.

Our signature

Friends’ winter escape

Friends, mothers, daughters, sisters. Easy mornings on the mountain or none at all, spa afternoons, après in the village, dinners already booked.

Mixed groups

Skiers and non-skiers

Some want first chair and last run. Others want a massage, a long lunch and a shopping afternoon. We plan both days, so everyone gets the trip they came for.

Families

Families with kids

Ski school, gear fitted at home, a day at Woodward Copper, and a trusted nanny when the adults want an evening out.

What we handle

Everything between the airport and the chairlift.

The mountain

Sorted before you touch the snow.

  • Lift tickets and Epic Passes, bought early
  • Gear fitted at your home or hotel
  • Ski valet at the base of the gondola
  • Private lessons for every level

The table

In Vail, the best table goes to whoever books first.

  • Lunch on the mountain, reserved
  • Dinners booked weeks ahead
  • A private chef in your kitchen
  • Groceries stocked before you arrive

The house

The right home, in the right part of the valley.

  • Vail Village, Lionshead, West Vail or East Vail
  • Honest advice on ski-in, ski-out
  • Private transfers and cars with winter tires
  • Beaver Creek, on request

After the lifts close

Rest, play, and a night out that fits the mood.

  • Massage and yoga at your house
  • Après, bowling, skating and late nights
  • Day trips to Glenwood Springs or Aspen
  • Snowmobiling and winter hikes

How it feels

Your trip, start to finish.

Before you arrive

Lodging, passes, gear and tables, booked ahead.

When you land

A private transfer waiting for you. No lines, no apps.

On the mountain

Gear at the door, and lunch already handled.

The evenings

The right table for every night. Or a chef at home.

Heading home

Gear picked up, transfer confirmed. You leave light.

Peace of mind

There’s always a Plan B. And a Plan C.

A

What you imagined

Everything booked, confirmed and ready before you arrive.

B

Something changes

Your flight to Eagle gets canceled. You already have options through Denver or Aspen, with the transfer rescheduled.

C

The unexpected

A dinner that falls through last minute, gear that fails mid-morning. Someone always picks up, day or night.

Who takes care of you

One person to call.

I’m Santiago. I’ve lived in the valley for more than half a decade. I know the mountain, the restaurants and the activities, and I have a network of local contacts to solve whatever comes up.

My background is in business management, and hospitality is my calling. I learned what high standards really mean working with a French jewelry maison, representing the brand and caring for each client’s experience. That’s the level of care I bring to every trip.

I speak English and Spanish.

How it works

Three steps, and you’re set.

Tell us

Your dates, your group, and what matters most. A few minutes by message is enough.

We design

Within 48 hours, a clear proposal: house, transfers, mountain, tables. Every detail, no fine print.

You arrive

We meet you at the door. From there, you have one person to call for the whole trip.

Coming for the holidays? Christmas, New Year’s and Presidents’ Day book up first. The earlier we talk, the more options you have.
